Gentem, through Gentem Corporate Solutions (GenCorp), continues to support OCBC as its official language training partner for 2026 through the Business English Program. Gentem has supported OCBC’s employee language development since 2023, with new employee cohorts joining the program each year.
The Business English Program helps OCBC employees strengthen practical communication skills for professional and international business settings. The program focuses on three key areas: participating effectively in meetings, delivering clear and structured presentations, and producing professional business writing.
The learning content is adapted to the communication requirements of employees from relevant divisions and roles, allowing participants to apply their learning to real workplace situations. Employees whose responsibilities require more advanced communication capabilities also receive additional development in public speaking and negotiation.This continued support reflects OCBC’s commitment to strengthening effective workplace communication, as well as Gentem Corporate Solutions’ role in delivering workforce development programs aligned with organizational needs.
